Do You Accept Custom Orders?

Absolutely! Custom orders are welcome, and you have a couple of ways to request them:

  • Reach out via Instagram messages or email to discuss your custom order.
  • Feel free to draw inspiration from our website and social media pages, and specify your preferred beads, colors, or design. We also offer custom stretch bracelets and keychains listed on the website.
  • Custom pieces are perfect for various occasions, including weddings, themed events, birthdays, and thoughtful gifts for friends. Please note that custom orders may include a fee based on the design and item type.

Do You Offer Repairs?

While we take pride in crafting high-quality items, handmade jewelry can be delicate and may occasionally require repair. We provide one complimentary repair per item. For additional repairs beyond that, we assess each case individually and may apply fees.

To request a repair, please send an email to, including a description and image of the item that needs repair. If your piece breaks, kindly return as many of the parts as possible when sending it back.

Processing Time:

Most of our items at APT. 535 are either handmade or custom orders. We typically aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. However, some orders may require extra attention and could take up to 7 business days to ship.
